Turkish Wind Energy Association (TWEA) established at 10 February 1992 with 92/2752 council of ministers decision is a non-profit organization, follows scientific, technical and practical studies about wind energy and operates in expanding the usage of wind energy resources.

TWEA is the official member of European Wind Energy Association (EWEA) and Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC). TWEA is the most powerful non-governmental organization in Turkey. TWEA realizes important studies for gaining Turkey’s wind energy potential to economy.

Turkish Wind Energy Association is working effectively to redound Turkey’s Wind Energy Potential to economy and increase the potential investments in this sector. With this purpose, we are being part of both national and international projects as much as possible.
